Oven Poached Tilapia and Broccoli

In a baking dish, place the tilapia fillets and broccoli florets.

Squeeze lemon juice over the fish and vegetables.

Drizzle olive oil over the dish.

Sprinkle dried thyme, salt, and black pepper over the fish and vegetables.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
